Self-service car washes

Auto-Spa Capital Group is an organiser of a nationwide network of self-service car washes (partnership ones and its own) operating under the brand name of Auto-Spa.

According to the assumptions of the Group’s business model, most of the car washes will be located near supermarkets (in particular, near TESCO stores). The remaining car washes will be located in other, equally attractive places, including petrol stations, housing areas, parking lots etc.

The goal of the Capital Group of the Company is to achieve the leadership in the self-service car wash market in Poland.
The major shareholder of Auto-Spa Sp. z o.o. is a venture capital fund Capital Ikenga Investment Corp. Ltd , represented in Poland by Ilski Investment Sp. z o.o. (www.ilski-investment.pl).

A unique feature that distinguishes the company is the way of financing the project that is carried out in collaboration with a brokerage house and a bank. Additionally, the company issues its own financial instruments in special purpose vehicles. It carries out its development strategy (apart from direct investments) through the Investment Program (in cooperation with Secus Asset Management SA) and through a Franchise Program addressed to a wide group of entrepreneurs.

Currently, the Auto-Spa network includes almost 20 car washes and over a dozen under construction. Moreover, the network has over a hundred of potential locations available.
